What: 2 week session 4 classes
When: Tuesday/Thursday July 16, 18, 23 & 25
Time: 6 pm OR 7:30 pm
60 minute class of paddling, fitness and yoga for endurance, strength and balance! As one of the best activities for all-round athletic development you'll see improvements to your core strength, muscle tone, balance and endurance. This session provides a great full body work-out with the added benefit of a serene setting, fresh air, sunshine and complete relaxation to wrap-up your workout!
