Rental Policies

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
 All rental charges must be paid for in full in order to confirm rental.  An electronic invoice will be sent via email and payment can be made by Interac e-transfer to info@lakelandlifestyle.ca.


PICK UP AND RETURNS
You can pick up rental equipment the day of or the evening prior to and can return the items day of or up until 12:00 noon the day after use. There is no charge for this additional time. For example a weekend reservation can be picked up Friday evening and returned by Monday morning.


CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
You can cancel a rental reservation and receive a full refund of the rental fees if notification is made more than 48 hours before the arranged pick-up date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, a 50% refund of the rental fee will be processed. 
Once rental is picked up there will be no refunds. 
If you want to reschedule your booking, and provide more than 48 hours’ notice, there is no fee. If less than 48 hours is provided a 20% charge will be added to your booking total charge.
Extensions to your booking can be done, however will be based on availability.


DAMAGED, OR LOST GEAR

You are responsible for returning all rental equipment in clean, dry, working condition. If the equipment you return is damaged or needs repair you’ll be responsible for those costs.   You will be charged the full retail value for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment.
