What should I wear?
Active wear or swimwear is best as its' stretch factor allows for full range of motion and does not get heavy when wet. If you are participating in a SUP Fitness/Yoga class we recommend stretch shorts instead of board shorts for comfort and increased range of motion. Depending on weather, dressing in light layers is recommended for comfort while paddling.

Will I get wet?
After our dryland instruction there is a good chance you will come out of your lesson dry if you choose to do so! However, because learning curves and balance differ from one person to the next there is a chance you may get wet! If you are participating in the SUP Fitness/yoga class there is also a possibility and that's ok! We provide you with pfd's and a leash so the boards are attached to you so getting back on is easy! We strive to create a fun and positive learning environment. Bringing a sense of humor along with the ability to laugh at one's self is a great asset!

What if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate?
We are always watching the weather and will use our best judgement. Classes will run rain or shine unless deemed unsafe, such as a risk of thunderstorms or high gusting winds. A decision will be made within 2 hours prior to start of lesson or class and we will gladly give you a rain check for another day! The joys of an outdoor based activity!
